True to his namesake, last week’s run was – dare I say it – fully cocked up. As Harriets rolled in for our usual 6 pm start, the rain rolled in twice as hard. We were a bedraggled state before we had even set eyes on our first marker…. but wait a minute, was a first marker ever actually seen?!

A completely washed out trail had several people proposing alternatives, aided and abetted by some of our regular guests, Pasi, Beer Today Gone Tomorrow & Virgin Master. The age old question of: “How many men does it take to read a map?” was thus finally resolved ~ more men than were present at last week’s run !

The chaos of the trail was followed by an equally chaotic circle. Saliva had us all salivating with her homemade guacamole, the Harriets were buoyed by the recent return of Zipp and Gypsy. With all our absent gadgets, there was even enough time for Virgin Master’s hard launch of his take on Do Re Mi… the jury’s still out on that one.

A great on on, where the debate over Hayley’s name continues. Anyone keeping tabs on how many rejected names Frozen Stiff has come up with at this point?
